My name is Elise Penning, I am:

Wholefood Cook

I have 3 kids and know first hand, how hard it is to try and balance everything: kids, job, study, life! ... and getting food on the table can be a daily miracle.

 

We live in a world of nutrition insanity: a zillion conflicting food rules, uber marketed "super foods" and nutrition gurus spouting nutrition b.s. And there's a lot of pressure on us mum's to be some sort of culinary genius. But getting good food on the table, that the kids will actually eat, doesn't have to cost the earth and doesn't need to be difficult.

That's where me and my page come in: taking nutrition and health back to basics, with simple, evidence based nutrition info and easy, mostly healthy,  wholefood recipe and meal ideas.

 

Loads of these recipes are gluten, dairy, wheat, egg and nut free and most are no or low in added sugar. 

​

 I now offer individual consults and education sessions to help you with your nutrition and health needs.
