My top tips for making quick and healthy lunchboxes:
1. use leftovers from dinner
2. fruit and veges are ready made nutritious snacks, that take very little effort (if any!) to prep
3. add some protein foods for sustained energy (eggs, beans, meat, fish, dairy foods)

hot dogs made from baked potato stuffed with tomato and sausage, toasted muesli, bliss balls, fruit and vege
Tinned tuna mixed with aioli and stuffed into an avo hole.
Pizza, jelly (recipe on the website) and chocolate and almond fudge
Bacon and egg pies, whisked egg, milk and cheese into muffin pattys, lined with bacon. baked in the oven for 15 minutes
Fish coated in flour and pan fried to make wee bite sized fish fingers
Chocolate avocado pudding (recipe on website)
boiled eggs soaked in coloured juice (recipe on site), avo coated in sesame seeds to prevent browning
Meatballs put on iceblock sticks and baked
