Coat small chicken pieces in spices of your choice, we used a premixed Cajun spice mix. Bake in the oven with olive oil, until cooked.

Avocado sliced, covered in herbs and flour. And lightly pan fried.


No recipe needed! Simply chop seasonal fruit and spear onto a skewer.


Sliced cucumber with cream cheese and smoked salmon on the top

Melt chocolate with cream or coconut cream. Use it to dip in strawberries. If you want it firm. Swap the cream/coconut cream for coconut oil. Dip half of the strawberry in chocolate. Place on a tray and harden the chocolate by storing in the fridge












Simply slice potatoes or kumara and bake in the oven. Use aioli as a dip




Great as a topping, an icing or for dipping!
