Crumbed Chicken


Crumbed Chicken. To make: in a clean container with lid put: 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp chives, 1/2 tsp dried parsley, 1/2 tsp paprika, salt and pepper and 1 diced chicken breast. Put lid on container and shake so chicken covered. Cook in fry pan with wee bit of oil until cooked. Time in the kitchen: 10 minutes We had this for lunch with aioli and broccoli. Yum! And so easy! A great addition for a lunchbox 😊
