Beetroot Crackers


Beetroot 'crackers' Simply peel, slice and dry bake (no oil) beetroot slices. When cooked put on toppings! This one has cream cheese on. We also whizzed parsley and feta and spread that on too. Yum! Time in the kitchen: 5 -10 minutes prep time plus cook time (30 to 60 minutes depending on the size and thickness of your beetroot slices) 😊
