Strawberry Cups


Strawberry and coconut cups. Base: 1/4 cup of each: dried coconut, dates, nuts/ seeds of your choice (I used cashews). Whizz in food processor. Press in mini muffin tins so forms a wee cup. Topping: 5-6 strawberries, 1/4 cup coconut oil melted. Blend both ingredients and pour into pre-made cups. Stick in fridge. Time in the kitchen: 10 minutes
