Aquafaba


Aquafaba! To make: Simply pour the water from a can of chickpeas into a bowl and beat with electric egg beaters for 10 to 15 minutes. I added 3 tsps of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and it's super yum! Watch this space for egg free recipes, using aquafaba instead. My first idea was meringue .... let's just say they're a work in progress 😂 (picture in the comments) My next idea is berry mousse ....
