Garlic Prawns


Garlic prawns To make: in a fry pan melt 1 tbsp butter. Add 2 - 4 chopped garlic cloves, 1/4 tsp tarragon, pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until the garlic is soft. Add juice of 1/2 a lemon, 3 tbsp plain pasta sauce or similar, handful of prawns and a cup or so of veges (I used broccoli, courgette and silverbeet). Simmer until prawns are cooked. Serves one. Time in the kitchen: under 10 minutes.
