Have you tried cooking with taro yet? A great sub for potato, if you fancy something a wee bit different. Simply peel the taro, slice into wedges, cover with olive oil and sprinkle in salt. Bake in the oven on 180 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. A really traditional way to eat taro 😂
