Hummus is super easy and there are so many combinations that work.
I used dried chickpeas and soaked them over night. Then in my blender put in about 1 cup of chickpeas, roasted garlic, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp tahini, 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Then blended til I had the consistency I liked.
Amounts don't matter much, I tend to add small amounts then keep adding til I get the taste I like. We'll be having this with falafel and salad.
Time in kitchen 5 minutes.
