Egg crepe wrapped in Nori To make: In a small bowl whisk 3 eggs in a wee bit of water Pour a thin layer into a hot, dry (no oil), fry pan When bubbling, use a spatula to roll the egg When cooked, take off the heat Wrap in a sheet of Nori, you can tucked the ends in, to make it like a parcel. Serves 2 Time in the kitchen: 5 minutes ☺️
