To make:
In the whizzer, whizz til a smoothish dough
1 tin of chickpeas drained
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 heaped tbsps of gf flour (I used a gf bread mix)
50 grams of butter
salt and pepper to taste
50 grams of cheese
2 tsps of baking powder
For the sausages, I used thin breakfast sausages, to help them cook faster and took the casings off.
Take a ball of dough, flatten it and wrap it around the sausage meat and roll it thin. Make sure the sausage is evenly covered with dough.
Place on baking tray or greased oven tray. Bake in the oven on 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until the sausage is cooked in the middle and the dough is golden and crispy.
