To make:
In a pot add:
1/2 cup water
Sprinkle 3 tbsp of gelatine and stir well until thick
Add:
2 cups of tamarilo pulp (cut in half and scoop pulp out of the skins with a spoon)
2 tsps of sugar or honey
Bring mixture to the boil and heat for around 5 minutes, or until the tamarilo pulp is soft and in small pieces.
Pour into ringed silicon cake dish or jelly mold.
Set in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
Time in the kitchen: 10 minutes plus set time
