Fig & Walnut Stuffed Pears


Stuffed pears! These are great as a healthy dessert or for the lunchbox. Simply take the core out of the pear and stuff. Bake at 160 for 10 - 20 minutes, depending on how soft you like the fruit and the size of the fruit. I stuffed these with walnuts, dried figs and a wee bit of butter and cream and whizzed. But anything goes really!
