Popcorn Bars


Popcorn bars. In the whizzer put: 1 cup homemade muesli (any mixture of oats, seeds and nuts), 3/4 cup dates or raisins, 80 grams melted butter (or coconut oil), 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 tbsp cocoa powder. Whizz. Add 2 cups popped popcorn. Whizz gently. Press very firmly into muffin tins lined with paper cases. Refrigerate to set. Time in the kitchen: under 10 minutes 😊
