Muesli

Mr 12 was whining there was nothing for breakfast and we were out of cereal. So I spent two minutes assembling this muesli. Most store bought cereals and muesli's are highly processed and full of sugar. They're not an ideal breakfast and some are around 30% added sugar - comparable to milk chocolate! (not mentioning any cereals in particular... Nutrigrain)!đŸ˜«đŸ˜±đŸ˜łđŸ˜‚ To make raw muesli simply throw together any combination of : Oats, Puffed rice, millet, amaranth, buckwheat groats, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, coconut. Mix. ✔ easy to make and super quick ✔ cheap! This muesli cost about $15 for around 4 to 5 kgs of muesli (ÂŒ of the price of store bought cereals) ✔ no added sugar or if you toast it in honey and coconut oil, you can control the amount of added sweetness ✔ healthy! ✔ delicious! and you can control what goes in it to suit your tastes and food needs Real food for the win 😍
