Banana Bread


To make:

In a bowl mix until thick and creamy:

50 grams of melted butter or df substitute

2 eggs

1 mashed banana

1 tsp vanilla essence

2 tbsp brown sugar (or similar)

Add:

1 cup walnuts ground

1 cup almonds ground

2/3 cup gf bread mix OR 2/3 cup rice flour and 1/3 cup tapioca flour

2 tsps baking powder

Pour mixture into a silicone bread tin.

Bake in the oven on 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown on top and cooked

Eat within a few days. This product is low sugar so doesn't preserve as well as those with higher amounts of sugar.
