Peanut Butter Fudge Choco Pops


To make the fudge:

In a pot boil:

3 large tbsps of peanut butter

2 tsps tahini

30 grams of butter or coconut oil ( to make it DF)

2 tsps of honey

Bring to the boil for about 5 minutes or until bubbling.

Set in fridge for 1 hour.

When firm, mold into mini sausage shapes and insert ice block stick .

Use a teaspoon to drip melted chocolate over the top.

Set in fridge for a further 20 minutes.

Serve

Makes 4.
