๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“The Secret to making Bliss Balls๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“ Bliss Balls are so easy to make and the recipe can easily be adjusted to suit what's in your pantry and your preferred tastes. And you don't have to have a food processor to make them!...(tharr be more) So here's a basic bliss ball mix that you can use and shake up as needed.

๐ŸŒฐ๐ŸŒฐ๐ŸŒฐBasic Bliss Ball Recipe๐ŸŒฐ๐ŸŒฐ๐ŸŒฐ Whizz: 1 cup dried fruit (raisins, sultanas, dates, dried bananas, apricots or figs) 1 1/2 cups of nuts or seeds 1 tbsp butter/coconut oil /milk/coconut cream or nut oil ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰Don't have a food processor? Soak the dried fruit in boiling hot water for 5 minutes. Drain. Use nut butters or flours and mix with whizz stick. Shake it up by adding flavour. Try: ๐Ÿ’ 1/2 cup Berries + 3 tbsp chia seeds to absorb the extra moisture ๐Ÿ’ Cinnamon + nutmeg + cloves + ginger ๐Ÿ’ Dark chocolate ๐Ÿ’ Coconut dried, fresh or cream ๐Ÿ’ Macadamia oil ๐Ÿ’ Lime juice ๐Ÿ’ Fresh ginger + fresh turmeric + honey ๐Ÿ’ Tahini ๐Ÿ’ Fresh mint ๐Ÿ’ Vanilla essence ๐Ÿ’ Dark chocolate + chilli ๐Ÿ’ Peppermint oil ๐Ÿ’ Lemon juice ๐Ÿ’ Cocoa powder ๐Ÿ’ Spirulina powder ๐Ÿ’ Juice + rind of 1 orange + dark chocolate ๐Ÿ’ Mint + spinach ๐Ÿ’ 1/2 tin of drained and rinsed blackbeans + cocoa powder + vanilla essence Roll in: ๐Ÿ‡Dessicated coconut ๐Ÿ‡Sesame seeds ๐Ÿ‡Poppy seeds ๐Ÿ‡Cocoa powder ๐Ÿ‡Nut pieces
