5 delicious Ice Block ideas


Ice Blocks! 5 super easy iceblock treats for hot summer days (mostly) Sugar free, delicious and healthy! Simply whizz fruit of your choice, pour in iceblock moulds and allow to set overnight, in the freezer. Here we have raspberry + lemon juice and raspberry + banana with rock melon. Time in the kitchen: 5 minutes prep time plus set time.

And even easier... Watermelon Pops!

Wondering what to do with all that watermelon? Slice in triangles. Shove in iceblock sticks. Put in plastic bag in single layer. Freeze overnight Boom! Watermelon ice block!

Chocolate Dipped Raspberry Ice Cream on a stick! Dairy free and low sugar. Whizz until smooth: 2 ripe bananas, 1/2 cup raspberries and 3 tbsp of thick coconut cream. In an iceblock mould pour in 1/2 tsp of melted dark chocolate. Try and cover the sides. Pour in banana mixture. Freeze overnight. Time in the kitchen: 5 minutes prep time plus set time 😌

Chocolate and Banana Ice Cream. Dairy free, low refined sugar and most importantly delicious! Simply whizz 1 banana, 1 tsp cocoa and 1/4 can thick coconut cream. Put 1/2 tsp melted chocolate in the ice block mold, try to cover the sides. Pour in banana mixture. Freeze overnight to set. Time in the kitchen: under 5 minutes prep time plus freeze time.

Frozen yoghurt iceblocks. Simply mix plain unsweetened yoghurt with chopped up fruit. Stick in ice block moulds. Freeze. We used cherries and blueberries. Time in the kitchen: 5 minutes ☺
